Wow – this time of year I am SOOOO ready for spring. Our backyard garden is covered in a blanket of snow and ice. Early in the season we had heavy snow which really was hard on all the branches of my trees and shrubs. And now we’ve had rain, freezing rain and bitter cold. I fear much of my garden will show the destruction come spring.
If that isn’t bad enough, we have a rather large bunny wreaking havoc eating all my plants, bushes, trees, and shrubs. The snow is so deep, he’s able to walk right up to the bird feeder and eat! (It’s on a shephard’s hook so several feet off the ground).
Spring where are you? Come now!
